Terms and Conditions

Payment for the Conference must be received before the date of the event.

Cancellations must be received in writing and will be acknowledged in writing
Cancellations received from 10th August to 31st August 2007 are subject to an administration charge of £35.00 plus VAT
Cancellations received after 31st August 2007, regardless of the date booked are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price
Changes to delegates names may be made without charge
ConflictPro reserves the right to change details of the event and/or masterclass/discussion sessions without notice
Where circumstances force ConflictPro to cancel the conference our liability will be limited to a refund of any fees paid
ConflictPro is not liable for any consequential loss. The programme is correct at the time of going to press, however alterations may be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control
